Broom Leys Choral Society (BLCS)  is a friendly, mixed voice (SATB), non-audition choir performing a large repertoire ranging from Lloyd-Webber and Gershwin to Rutter, Verdi, Mozart, Handel and other classical composers.

The society meets weekly on Tuesday evenings, from 7.00pm to 9.00pm, at Whitwick Methodist Church, Hall Lane, Whitwick, Leicestershire. See the map for location details.

About Us

Our first concert of 2017 was a performance of the Fauré Requiem and works by  Vaughan Williams and Guy Turner, and was extremely well received by a large audience.

Our forthcoming Summer concert, which we are calling “Aspects of Love” will be at Ibstock Community College on Saturday July 1st 2017 when we will be joined by the Charnwood Symphonic Wind Orchestra.

Following last year’s successful concert at the same venue it will be presented in a café style format. Click on the poster, below, or
