Our 2009 Concerts
The first concert of 2009 was our Spring Concert at Holy Cross Church, Whitwick, which was in memory of choir member David Evans who was tragically killed in Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia in 2008 whilst working for the Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO).
David Evans
This concert included Fauré’s Requiem and Cantique de Jean Racine. These were followed by music on the lighter side for a Spring evening.
The concert was enjoyed by a large audience.
