Latest site update:  April 16th 2018

Our first concert of 2018 was our inaptly named ‘Spring Concert’ at Whitwick Methodist Church. See the box, below.

Our  2018 Summer concert is planned for Saturday 30th June at Ibstock Community College where we will again be joined by the Charnwood Symphonic Wind Orchestra.

The Summer Concert, presented in a café style format, and was a sell-out last year. It does seem that this format is popular for a light hearted Spring/Summer concert.

OH! WHAT A NIGHT - in more ways than one.

In what was possibly one of the worst nights of the winter in Whitwick, with a dire forecast, it was decided to go ahead with our ‘SPRING’ concert on Saturday 17th March. In spite of the weather the choir all turned up and the concert was great - really appreciated by the audience who had braved the elements to attend.

Even with a blizzard raging outside, most people stayed on to enjoy hot drinks and refreshments after the concert.

Well done to choir and audience alike.

Our next concert will be the SUMMER CONCERT at Ibstock.
